Short Description:
When we serve the food on the dish is the moment that we decide the amount of food that we are going to eat. It is then when we follow our instinct or the hunger that we have in that moment, but very often is not adequate and is excessive or otherwise limited.The idea of this dish - bowl will help us to eat the right amount just following the shape of the bowl and looking at the graphics.
