Short Description:

Sushi nori lazer cut with traditional kimono designs.

We're curious about combining food and technolgy,  and aimed to come up with something aesthetically pleasing as well as delicious. 

It also allowed us to discover new possiblilties for ingredients, seaweed is surprisingly durable, and the lazer cutting gives a slightly more toasted flavour.
