 Manufacturing Process

 To make the luminaire you need to use a plate of transparent polyethylene, measures remain the same as the original design. Here we used a plate with the measure 900x600mm, that's enough for the project.
You will need a wire with a maximum diameter of 3mm, because the hole has a thickness of 3,5mm. The example that follows the blueprint we use a blue wire and nylon. We also used. We also use a medium nozzle and a light bulb.
The laser machine doesn't need specification to cut the material, just need the 2D design.
 
Assembly Process
 
With the files in hand, cut the material in the laser machine. Then, separate the parts and be careful not to break them.
After that, choose what type of wire you will use.
The wire is woven through the holes between the pieces that fit on the two gears in the top.
Remember that the braid made ​​in the luminaire depends largely on the wire used.
Finally, attach the nozzle and insert the light bulb.
