Step 3: Finish
To bring back some of the dark color of the pure chocolate bar and to give it a certain "golden" shine, I applied a very thin layer of olive oil to the chocolate bar for presentation purposes.
The close-ups taken with a macro lens reveal the interesting texture that the lasercutter leaves behind. This pattern of embossed dots give sit a "bling bling" sort of feel. Yet at the same time, when seen from a not-so-close point of view has a nice old fashioned Dutch "chocoladeletter" feel to it.
